A team project from GrowthHack 2026: a digital platform for the University of Oulu Botanical Garden, built with Team Meraki.
The platform is multilingual (English, Finnish, Swedish) and covers a plant-adoption program, QR-linked plant pages, an interactive map, and a lobby kiosk display. An AI chat guide answers visitors’ questions from the garden’s own plant data and shows its sources.
My part: I built and deployed the React front end, including the interactive maps and live weather, and the AI chat guide. The interface is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
